Three years ago my left shoulder was killing me. I couldn’t lift my arm up as I once did and I couldn’t lay my head down. I was in pain and didn’t want to use pain meds to ease the pain. After three session I could lay my head down and my shoulder had full movement.
Along with shoulder and neck pain. I’ve had three back surgeries and have a lot of tension in my lower back and after Heather finishes working on me I feel refreshed and ready to go.
Heather has healing hand and knows how to work the tension out of all your sore muscles. Very professional and has a relaxing studio. I see her every two week to,keep the kinks out of my sore muscles and back.
